The Bedrooms
You’ve never seen a master suite quite like this one! Dusty rose drapes frame big windows, and a satiny gold king-size bed catches the light pouring in. Porcelain white master bath has a big soaking tub, spacious glass-wall shower, and not one but two vanity sinks. This is relaxation, in pure opulence.
Other bedrooms are unique enough to match any personality! A queen-size bedroom on the 2nd floor is pretty in pink, and the adjacent king-size bedroom is decked wall to wall in pale colors and striking wood—it’s a couple’s paradise. little things mean a lot

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured .we’ve been renting from v.r.b.o for years now and what really sets this home apart is the little things most houses lack. laundry detergent…fabric softener sheets… sugar… spices….tea bags… coffee. all these things are in the house already saving that extra trip to the store and making the vacation that much more relaxing. had one problem with the wi-fi , Olivia took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend this house. and would go back again in a heartbeat.weather was in the 80s all week and golf course were gorgeous. thank you Olivia for opening up your place to us.

We loved the pool and the hot tub as well as all the space that the house provided. There was plenty of dining area for the group and all the kitchen utensils we could need. This listing was described as a “Five Star Villa” and it did not disappoint. First and foremost, it was beautiful, modern, well-kept and and clean. My trip consisted of myself and three friends. We were each able to enjoy one of the four spacious and comfortable rooms offered in this home. The furnishings in each room gave it a lively and comfortable feeling, rather than the sterile and impersonal environment of a hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was of high quality- soft and luxurious. There is a HUGE kitchen fully stocked with any pot or pan you could possibly need. We were able to cook our own meals, and this would be great for a family with kids. There is a great entertainment system with surround sound that made late night movie watching a great experience. The pool and spa were incredible. They were kept in excellent and clean condition. My stay was in the summer heat of August. Being in the pool made it feel like a cool 80 degrees. This house made my vacation a relaxing stay. It has a definite “resort style” feeling to it. I would highly recommend it to family or friends looking for a pristine and clean stay in the beautiful Phoenix area.

Our group of 8, adults and children under 10 yrs., arrived to a clean house with every amenity we could need from towels to food spices. Easy instructions on how to use every thing were provided. We all had an amazing time, enjoying the pool, pool table, and PS3 video game. The beds were very comfortable too. We hope to come back next time in AZ From West Hollywood, CA · March 2015

Absolute luxury at an affordable price! My husband and I, with another couple stayed at Olivia’s home. The pictures are exactly as the home looks. It was easy to find and located in a VERY quiet neighborhood. We found ourselves wondering if anyone really did live next door. The pool and spa are delightful. We stopped at the close grocery store and grilled outside each night we were there. It was refreshing to also cook breakfast while traveling in a kitchen that literally has everything! (It was nice to have spices to use.) The home was very clean and had plenty of space. Late at night we enjoyed playing pool inside while listening to music. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decorations in the house thoughtful and beautiful. It truly was a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave, and hope to be back very soon! From Orem, UT · November 2014

We are three couples who meet in Phoenix every other year for Spring Training Baseball. This year we rented the Sunland Villa and a fabulous week of not only Baseball, but fun in the pool, friendly games at the pool table, and cooking together in a great kitchen. There was plenty of room to also get away from each other! The house is furnished beautifully and uncluttered. There is plenty of closet and drawer space and it is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Olivia is wonderful to work with and is responsive to all questions. The house is in a great location with plenty of places to go for walks in the morning. There is a park a few blocks away with a Fit Path. Grocery stores are nearby. We also found Waddells Longhorn Corral in Buckeye, AZ (7 miles) where they have great live music even during the week and line dancing lessons! Thank you Olivia and Igor for such a memorable stay. We will be back!
