FLORENCE ESTATE is located in the beautiful Palm Valley in Goodyear, 2-3 miles away from the Wigwam Golf club and resort, Palm Valley or Estrella golf clubs, 5 minutes away from the Goodyear’s Ballpark (home of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds) 5 minutes drive to the Nascar’s international raceway and 10 minutes away from the Cardinals stadium in Glendale.

This was our first time renting a home and will definitely do it again. We stayed at the house in February with four other couples. The house was beautiful and everyone had a great time. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Jeff

My family spent three weeks in this home and enjoyed every second of it. The house and grounds were impeccable. The furniture and appliances were of the highest quality. The interior decor was exceptional and the entire property was immaculately clean. As someone who often finds it difficult to sleep when away from home, I was especially impressed by the quality and comfort of the beds. The kitchen was also well-stocked and the Jenn-Air gas stovetop was so clean it looked as if it had never been used. Olivia was wonderful and responsive to all our needs. You’ll love dealing with her. She is very experienced with vacation rentals and knows how to maintain high standards. I have rented many vacation properties through VRBO and elsewhere, and this house is the best of them, hands down.

We loved our stay at Florence Estate! The home was very very clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was shopping nearby. The Wigwam resort is 5 minutes away and was great for golf and Spa. Best Golf Trip of Them All!!

We stayed at Olivia’s home from February 18th-25th, 2015 for our 9th annual golf trip and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was spacious enough for 12 adult males and the accommodations were outstanding in every way. The kitchen was equipped with quality appliances and cookware and Keurig coffee cups were also provided. The hot tub and pool were impeccably maintained and were a perfect way to relax after a day on the course. Olivia was very helpful and accommodating in every way. I have used VRBO many times over the years and have never been disappointed, but this home is by far the best I have experienced. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend this home enough for any type of gathering. Thanks again Olivia!!!

We would like to thank Olivia for letting us stay in her remarkably beautiful home! It was everything plus, as described in her listing and pictures. Honestly, the pictures do not do it any justice as the house was impeccable from when you open the door to when you jump in the pool. This home had plenty of room for our family of nine and a baby. Everything you needed for cooking to entertaining was in this house. We have stayed in 5-star hotels that were not as nice and clean as this one. We felt safe and secure in the quiet neighborhood. All the necessary conveniences were within a close driving distance. And the cold beer and wine welcoming us was a great treat! Thank you again Olivia for hosting, we will be back. Great place for a Superbowl experience. House is better than the pictures and kept up well. Stayed there with 5 guys and had bbq’ used spa and pool – all great! Owner was quick to communicate and provide info, house had no problems and everything we needed. If I am ever back, I would certainly stay again! We had 4 couples for 10 days ! What a great vacation, the house was perfect. Spacious enough for all of us to have privacy if we desired. The location was great, close to shopping, golf & sports. Loved the backyard & pool, very nicely done ! We will absolutely rent this house again. Thank you so much !!

Perfect for our family gathering

While our family gathered here April, 2014 for a rather sad event – a funeral, this house offered our family the needed respite and a perfect gathering space to be together. We came with 2 toddlers, 1- 4 year old and 9 adults and it had been awhile since the family had been all together in one place. The kitchen and adjoining room worked out well as you tend to spend much time in the kitchen with kids and in this space – no one was isolated. The house was very quiet – and that was good as not one child napped at the same time throughout the duration. We really appreciated the high doorknob on the door to the backyard and pool. Very smart. The pool was used continually and the broad shelf on one side of the pool was perfect for the toddlers to splash around. The owners had an assortment of noodles, a baby float and a few other pool toys available which we appreciated. There even was a pack’n’play crib available. There was a tot lot within walking distance and a larger park nearby. The open gathering areas in this house are huge….In fact we did not use the formal dining room or the front pool table room and the upstairs entertainment room was only used by a few who wanted to get away and read. There is nothing lacking in the kitchen. And we really appreciated the coffee available for the Keurig machine. We had a question about the hot tub and Olivia was readily available to answer our questions. It was obvious that the pool and outside area were maintained well. As it was said before, the attention to detail and all those little things which were provided made us feel so welcome. In fact there were Easter Baskets available for the kiddies – and grown ups too….None of us could think of one thing which could be improved. Our family had a wonderful stay and have built some good memories. Thank you Olivia.

Great golf holiday

We had 8 guys and we definitely enjoyed staying at this top quality home. If anything it was nicer than the photos, high end accommodation. Olivia supplied two additional inflatable beds and there was more than enough room for those so everyone pretty much had their own space. Very well equipped kitchen, the pool table was a plus (in very good condition)and we used the hot tub everyday, the pool most days. We played some close courses (Palm Valley) and also drove a bit to others. Quiet area and close to groceries etc. A terrific group setting or ideal for 2 or 3 families too. Olivia helped whenever we needed something.
