50% of the rental money will secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Can you “hold” dates for me while I organize my group?
We understand the difficulty of planning a trip for a large group. However, because we have multiple homes and receive so many inquiries for specific dates, the only way to “hold” dates is to make a 50% payment.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival are not refundable. Once you make your final payment, your reservation can’t be canceled. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you would like protection against something unexpected.

How do we gain access to the home?
Our homes have keyless entry systems for your convenience. We generate personal entrance codes for every group of guests. The code will start working the day when you check-in and expire after you checked out. This access code along with other information is communicated to the guests once they made the final payment.

What do I need to bring?
Our homes are well equipped for almost all of your needs. Bath towels and linens are all provided. A starting amount of coffee, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel and detergents that we leave at the house could last you up to 7 days. Guests will need to purchase more supplies themselves when they run out. The kitchen is equipped with adequate number of pots, pans, blender, toaster, tea pot, coffee machines, plates, drinking glasses, few sets of silverware…etc. Basic items like salt, pepper, sugar and spices may also be found at the house.

How do I check-out?
There is no formal check-out procedure. We ask that you gather used linens, place all trash in bags and load the dishwasher before you leave.

Yes, all of our homes have high speed wireless internet access that is password protected. A binder at the house will give you all the necessary information on wireless internet, the use of the pool/spa heater as well as the use of the electronic equipment.

We love animals and have pets of our own, but we do not allow pets in our vacation rental homes.
